To order the IDNV, please use our online form to the left or return the completed and signed order form to us.

Different locations each require their own IDNV participation.

The IDNV subscription for libraries / archives (IDNV participation library/archive) has a duration of one year starting with the date of the first invoice. Each year the subscription will be prolonged for additional twelve months if it is not cancelled six weeks before the end of the one-year period.
You will receive the IDNV catalogue software with up to date databases via download. The IDNV databases are updated on working days and subscribers can download the latest updates via the IDNV-Online-Update.
The IDNV subscription includes a single user licence. IDNV multi-user versions for use on serveral workstation are available additionally.
There is a quarterly IDNV edition produced on a data carrier (CD-ROM/DVD) for reference purposes. IDNV subscribers can optionally order a postal delivery of one, two or all four editions per year.
