IDNV-Master is the professional program for preparing and managing music publishers' catalogues.
In addition to several functions and helps for the construction of a high-quality catalogue, IDNV-Master also contains the communication technology that enables publishers
to enter their own catalogue in the IDNV in an efficient and easy way. For this, the IDNV data exchange system is directly integrated into the program.
IDNV-Master follows all the changes that are made in your own catalogue automatically. When the data exchange is carried out, all the new and changed data is sent
via the IDNV online update system. This information is received by the IDNV editorial service and included in the daily update. During this process, an important IDNV service is carried out:
the quality (and potential errors) of the incoming data is checked. If necessary, the IDNV editorial service gets in touch with the sender to provide some advice, help, or to make some
necessary changes directly.
This procedure happens on a daily basis, and if necessary or desired, several times in one day. Then, this data is sent and the retailers and libraries can therefore receive the latest, unchanged
and best possible catalogue data (new items / changes / items which are out of stock)
