With the version 1.4.6, some minor problems have been rectified.

The version 1.4.4 has now been released.

The new IDNV-Master 1.4.4 will soon be made available to all participant publishers.
Many changes have been made and intermediate versions have been given out to some IDNV participants. Please find below some important intermediate stages in the development of the program:

• Translation of the program interface into English and French
• Individually configurable interface functions (on agreement)
• ISBN intermediate version for publishers offering a selection of books
• IDNV-Master version for simultaneous use in partner system MPA Catalogue of Printed Music (CPM) for the music market in the UK

• Possibility of Software online update within the data exchange system
• In addition to the online update of publisher data, there is now an integrated download function for the main databases, which makes the installation via the Internet much easier. Only the software needs to be downloaded and installed. When you start the program, it asks whether you want to download the databases.
  This is also useful when the IDNV databases have been damaged or deleted by accident. You will find this function in the Data exchange menu.
• When you start the program, a message appears if the data update has not been carried out in a long time.
• The online update can also be carried out by Command line parameter (-OnlineUpdate). This way, it is for example possible to create a corresponding short cut in the windows autostart folder, so that the update can start automatically after logging on (Description see FAQ)
• It is possible to remember values when using the function "Change field"
• Automatic re-transfer of data changes in your own databases, which makes editing the catalogue by several colleagues easier
• New field "Availability display" in the main and own databases. This shows the availability status of an item in a clear way and also takes into consideration the fields "Publication date" and "Sign off date". For example, an item is displayed as "Pre-publication" if its publication date is in the future. Items are displayed as "New publication" if their publication date is less than 60 days ago. It is also possible to search quickly in this field, for example for "New" or simply "A" for Available.
  The possible statuses can be shown with the key F2 when the cursor is in the appropriate search field.
  Please beware: for compatibility reasons, the old field "Availability" remains in use. If the old field is displayed in your program and the settings have been saved, the new field ("Availability display") might not be shown. Please display it via the menu View -> Select columns or via the context menu, which appears by right-clicking on the field name. You can hide the old field.
• From this version onwards, the ISMN will be displayed in the new 13-digit EAN format, as has been the ISBN for a while now. For the search, entry and import, the old format can still be used if necessary.
  
• Possibility of individualised exports for internal data transfer (on agreement)
• Individual additional functions via plugins possible

In addition, small details have been improved and errors corrected.
