The IDNV 2.0 is now available and the already existing versions will be replaced step by step. During a reasonable period of transition both the old and the new versions can be used.

Images for the items
With the new media database, the IDNV can now display cover images and page examples for your items. You can use this database to check what is already available from your publishing house.
With the new Master 2.0 you can manage your own images in high quality and resolution and send them to the IDNV editorial team. On the basis of your images, the IDNV creates several standardised display images (100, 300 and 600 pixels). These can be viewed in several places in the program and used for different purposes.

If the IDNV-Master is not included in your subscription, you can simply send us your images and the IDNV team will take care of the data import.

Descriptive texts and promotional material:
As well as the variety of detail fields you already know in the IDNV, you can also include texts for each item in different languages. These can be for example descriptive texts on the item, promotional texts or information about a new edition or a composer's new work.

Technical basis for the price reference system
The new IDNV 2.0 contains the technical basis for the price reference system. Furthermore you also have the possibility of announcing price changes in advance in the price database. On the due date, IDNV-Master reminds you of the price changes and you can carry out the changes and send them in just seconds.

Extension of the data structure
New data fields are at your disposal. For example you can indicate in the new field "For" the instrumentation of a piece, e.g. "for violin and orchestra". Furthermore, the field "Pages/Format" has been separated into two fields, namely "Number of pages" and "Format". These indications can therefore be entered in an even more standard and precise way.
With the two fields "Distribution rights in" and "No distribution rights in", you can enter the countries in which you have the distribution rights or not for each item.

New functions and improvements
